Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Damaged products
The customer is obliged to carefully examine products upon delivery to see whether the products meets the agreement. The customer must take into account small size- and color differences of the products shown on the website. And since the item is a natural product, please note that we do not accept returns due to the natural nature of the product.
If the products do not meet the agreement, please contact First of June as soon as possible and in any event within seven (7) days after delivery, in writing and motivated (with pictures).
If it is proven that the products do not meet the agreement, First of June will replace your product by a new product if there is still stock. If there is no stock left First of June will refund to invoice value.

If you after delivery of your product you decide for whatever reason you do not wish to keep your product, you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days after delivery from First of June. Contact us with your shipping details when you send your product back. Returns are only accepted if the products are not damaged or used.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, First of June will refund the invoice value excluding shipping costs to the customer within 14 days after returned item has been received by First of June.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
